We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 at Level AA, and to the accessibility requirements of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites where they apply to public facing information.
Text and background colours are tested for contrast against WCAG AA thresholds. Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Headings follow a logical order and are used structurally rather than for visual effect. Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them. Motion is reduced automatically for visitors whose system requests reduced motion. Text resizes to 200 per cent without loss of content or function. Form fields carry persistent visible labels rather than placeholder-only labels.
Photographic content sourced from third party libraries may carry generic alternative text pending replacement with commissioned imagery. Some data-dense filter controls in the talent market map are easier to operate on a larger screen. We are working on both.
If you encounter a barrier on this site, write to hello@in-fluence.in describing the page and the problem. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to resolve or provide the information in an alternative format within fifteen working days.
Any content on this site is available on request in an accessible alternative format, including plain text and large print, at no charge.
