Influence supports the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Within our own operations and our sphere of influence, we act to respect human rights and to avoid contributing to their infringement.
Employment at Influence is free of discrimination on the basis of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth, descent, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity. Pay is set against role and market, and reviewed for unexplained gaps. Harassment of any kind is a dismissal matter, and the firm maintains a complaints mechanism under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
Influence does not use and does not tolerate forced labour, bonded labour or child labour in its operations or in its supply chain, including production crews, event contractors and vendors. Age verification is required for anyone appearing in or working on a production commissioned by the firm.
We do not take mandates whose object is to silence lawful journalism, criticism or protest, or to identify, expose or discredit individuals for exercising those rights.
We treat personal data as something held in trust. We do not conduct or commission surveillance of individuals, and we do not purchase personal data from sources that cannot demonstrate lawful collection.
Productions and events commissioned by Influence must provide safe working conditions, reasonable hours, rest breaks, and appropriate insurance for crew and performers. Minors on set require a guardian, restricted hours and written parental consent.
Suppliers are expected to meet these standards. Where a supplier falls short, we raise it and require remediation. Where remediation does not happen, we end the relationship.
Anyone may raise a human rights concern about Influence or work carried out on its behalf by writing to hello@in-fluence.in, marked for the attention of the Principal. Concerns may be raised anonymously. Retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith is prohibited.
This statement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
